The MPC is for people with an interest in machinery that is worthy of preservation
and displaying to the public, and the MPC is a member of the National Historical
Machinery Association, which is the governing body for like minded Clubs in Australia.
Here at the MPC we feel it is important to encourage kids/students in their quest for learning.
Recently we spoke to Rachel, a teacher and a volunteer with an after-school education program for a very special group of kids. The students had been discussing the significance of science and technology to their lives, and in particular, the significance of different discoveries and how they have changed the world!
Two of Rachel's students found this great page and brought in for the class see about "the wheel" and how it revolutionized the world! - https://store.intellaliftparts.com/c/history-of-the-wheel.html
Keep up the great work kids and keep learning!
